Product Introduction
The Paper bursting strength tester is used to test the bursting strength properties of paper and paperboard, with all performance parameters and technical indicators conforming to ISO 2759 "Paperboard—Determination of Bursting Strength," GB/T 6545-1998 "Paperboard—Determination of Bursting Strength," and JJG (Light Industry) 61-2000 paper and paperboard bursting tester light industry standard. The measuring range is 1-1600 kPa with a resolution of 0.11 kPa, indication error of ±0.5% FS, and indication variability ≤0.5%. It employs pneumatic clamping with adjustable clamping force ≥690 kPa. The touchscreen interface and built-in printer provide convenient operation and result recording, with a system seal integrity of pressure drop<10% Pmax within 1 minute.
Key Features
Multi-Standard Compliance: Fully conforms to ISO 2759, GB/T 6545-1998, and JJG (Light Industry) 61-2000 standards, ensuring test results are widely accepted and comparable.
High-Precision Measurement: Measuring range 1-1600 kPa, resolution 0.11 kPa, indication error ±0.5% FS, and variability ≤0.5%, ensuring accurate and reliable test data.
Pneumatic Clamping System: Specimen clamping uses pneumatic pressure with adjustable force ≥690 kPa, ensuring no slippage during testing and meeting standard clamping conditions.
Standard Hydraulic Transmission: Uses 201-50CS dimethyl silicone oil as the transmission medium with a pumping speed of 95±5 ml/min, meeting standard requirements for pressurization rate.
Excellent Seal Integrity: System seal integrity of pressure drop<10% Pmax within 1 minute, ensuring stable pressure without leakage during high-pressure testing.
Touchscreen Operation: Intuitive touchscreen interface for easy operation; built-in printer for convenient result recording.

FAQ
1. Inaccurate or low test values
Air in oil cylinder, insufficient oil, aged diaphragm/abnormal resistance, or insufficient clamping force. Loosen oil cup bolt and gently press diaphragm several times to expel air then tighten; add 201-50CS silicone oil; diaphragm resistance should be 30±5 kPa at 9 mm protrusion—replace if deviation is large; adjust clamping force to ~0.2 MPa for paper and ~0.4 MPa for paperboard.
2. Specimen not bursting or returning before burst
Air in oil circuit, insufficient oil, damaged diaphragm, improper break point ratio setting, or over-range protection. Prioritize air bleeding and oil refilling, check diaphragm; adjust break point ratio to 90-95% for low values (<10 kgf/cm²) and 80-90% for high values; confirm specimen strength does not exceed 1600 kPa range.
3. Oil leakage/seepage at diaphragm
Aged/damaged diaphragm, damaged O-ring, loose clamp ring, or excessive oil. Replace diaphragm with convex side up, inspect and replace O-ring; tighten clamp ring evenly; control oil level slightly above cylinder surface to avoid overflow.
4. Abnormal diaphragm (concave/bulging without reset)
Oil shortage, air ingress, aged diaphragm, or worn piston seal ring. After pressure release, add oil and bleed air 2-3 times; replace if diaphragm deformed; if still abnormal, inspect piston seal ring.
5. No display / unresponsive buttons
Check power supply, fuse, power cord; reset or restart if system crashed.
6. Printer not printing
Check print cable and print head; restart printer.
7. Abnormal pressure curve
Bleed air, add oil, calibrate sensor; contact after-sales if necessary.
