1. What specific tests can the instrument perform?
It can perform Ring Crush Test (RCT) on paper and paperboard, Edge Crush Test (ECT) on corrugated board, Pin Adhesion Test (PAT), Flat Crush Test (FCT), and compression tests on paper bowls and paper tubes, in accordance with corresponding national standards.

2. How do I change fixtures for different tests?
The platen diameter is 135 mm. Depending on the test, different fixtures such as ring crush holders, edge crush guides, or pin adhesion grips can be installed. Fixture changeover is simple, usually secured by locating pins or screws. Detailed instructions are provided in the user manual and during our operation training.

3. Is the test speed adjustable? What is the standard required speed?
The test speed is 12.5±2.5 mm/min, which meets the loading rate requirements specified in the relevant national standards. This speed is not user-adjustable to ensure standardized and comparable test results.

4. How much data can be stored? How can data be exported?
The instrument can store data from multiple test specimens and calculate statistical values for the same group. Data can be viewed on the LCD screen and printed directly. For additional data export requirements, please contact our technical team.

5. What if the 70 mm platen distance is insufficient for my specimens?
The standard platen distance is 0-70 mm, suitable for most conventional specimens. For larger spacing requirements, we offer customization services. Please specify your special size requirements when ordering.

6. How is force calibration performed?
The instrument is factory calibrated and comes with a calibration certificate. Routine verification can be performed using standard weights. If a deviation beyond the tolerance is detected, contact our after-sales service for recalibration or remote guidance.
