The Heat Seal Tester is a specialized instrument that uses the hot-press sealing method to determine the heat seal temperature, time, and pressure parameters of plastic film substrates, flexible packaging laminates, coated paper, and other heat-sealable composite films. It provides precise heat seal test indicators for users. The heat seal temperature range is ambient to 300°C with ±1°C accuracy. Heat seal pressure is 0-0.7 MPa, adjustable with pointer display (digital display optional). Heat seal time is freely settable from 0.01 to 9999.99 seconds. The heat seal surface is 300 mm × 10 mm. It features dual heating and a dual-cylinder pressure balance structure. The control system is fully digital, with key components from internationally renowned brands and digital P.I.D. temperature control for uniform sealing surface temperature. The equipment complies with QB/T 2358, ASTM F2029, and YBB 00122003 standards, and includes anti-scald design and leakage protection. It supports automatic and manual working modes.
