The Annimet Inclined Plane Friction Coefficient Tester is a precision instrument for measuring the inclined-plane friction properties of plastic films, sheets, paper, and paperboard. Using an adjustable inclined platform and standard sled, it automatically determines the sliding angle, static friction coefficient, and kinetic friction coefficient. The angle range covers 0° to 85° with an accuracy of 0.01°, and the angular speed is adjustable from 0.1°/s to 10.0°/s. The system simultaneously measures both static and kinetic friction coefficients, with automatic timing of the resting period and automatic zeroing to ensure full contact between specimens. Test data and results are displayed as real-time curves. Both the test platform and sled undergo demagnetization and residual magnetism inspection to reduce system errors. It is suitable for PE, PP, PET monolayer and multilayer composite films, as well as paper, paperboard, and paper-aluminum-plastic composite prints.
